We do not offer wifi or cable but you can set up service with Charter-Spectrum or use your own hotspot or satellite

Yes but you must follow the pet rules
Are utilities included?
The monthly rate includes up to $125 per month utility allowance. Guests will be billed for any overage each month

Our address is 50 Chadwick Lane. Look for the entrance sign across from Auburn Legends RV Condos near a white house labeled "Tailgate Cottage"
Is there a dump station?
Not on site but you are welcome to use the one located across Highway 14 at University Station RV Park
Do you have storage rates?
Yes, $75 for dry storage and $115 for electric storage
Do you have a bath house on site?
No.
Do you have a laundry facility on site?
No.
Where can I purchase propane & firewood?
You can purchase propane and firewood at Station 14 Convenience Store located across Hwy 14 less than 1/4 mile from Ivy Hill.
Do you have shaded lots?
Yes, all of our lots provide either partial or complete shade.
Do you have concrete pads?
No, our lots are gravel and grass.
Do you allow golf carts or ATV's on site?
Yes, but guests must provide proof of insurance and sign a personal liability waiver. No person under the age of 16 may drive golf carts or ATV's on property.
Do you have quiet hours in the park?
Yes, quiet hours are from 11pm - 7pm.
Do you allow structures to be built on site?
Yes, guests may build a non-permanent structure at their site only with PRIOR APPROVAL by management.
Do you have Auburn football tailgating packages?
Yes.
