Quiet hours are observed between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Use of generators is not permitted during quiet hours except in emergencies
Each campsite is limited to a maximum of six people per site and one camping unit
For health and sanitation purposes, you are required to clean up after your pet
Campers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Immediately report any theft, loss, accident, or disturbance to the staff
Fireworks are prohibited at all times
Firearms are prohibited
All-terrain vehicles (ATV’s) are allowed with Management approval and proof of insurance. If you would like to store an ATV or Boat on the property you may do so. Please discuss storage rates and agreements with our staff
Do not nail, carve, or hang lanterns on trees. It will damage and destroy our natural resources
Wildlife and plants are protected. Please do not feed the wildlife
A Guest may have no more than three pets on the Property. A Guest is not allowed to have a Pit Bull, Doberman, Chow Chow or Rottweiler on the Property or in the Campground. All pets on the Property or in the Campground must be leashed at all times. Guest must clean up after Guest’s pet(s). Guest must submit proper up-to-date shot records to Owner for filing. Guest is responsible for any claim, loss or damage caused by Guest’s pet(s). Owner, at any time, may request a pet be removed from the Property or the Campground. For any reason or no reason.
Park Management reserves the right to deny a Resident a pet if a proposed pet would pose a threat to the health and safety of Residents of the Park. The Pet Rules are incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at this point. Guest(s) agrees to comply with all Pet Rules that now exist and such additional Rules as may be promulgated by the Park from time to time
Guest is not allowed to cut or remove any trees, flowers, shrubs, foliage or any other similar item without prior written approval from Owner
Guest must accompany at all times any children under the age of seven (7) on the Property or in the Campground. Guest is responsible for any claim, loss or damage caused by Guest’s children, guests, invitees or other family members
Guest must keep all fires within the fire pit, fire ring or fireplace. Guest must extinguish all fires prior to leaving the campfire and property. All fires must be safely maintained
No one shall drive motor vehicles on the grass
Guest may not allow a minor to consume or possess alcohol on the Property or in the Campground
Illegal drugs or non-prescription drugs are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground
Unruly, rowdy, immoral, lascivious or intolerable behavior is not allowed on the Property or in the Campground. Guest and Guest’s guests, invitees and/or family members are to conduct themselves in a respectable manner.
Lots must be maintained in neat condition. You are not allowed to leave clothing, camping gear, trash, tents, coolers, etc. outside of your RV while you are not present or overnight. Any additional cleanup required by our staff during or after your stay may be subject to an additional lot clean up fee
